This is perfect for you guys who really want that dose of sweetness but don’t want to eat unhealthy at the same time. All ingredients included are somewhat healthy and obviously better than eating a slice of normal cake or chocolate. Nonetheless, it’s vegan as well!
3 mashed bananas
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Vegan chocolate chips (as much as you want)
Recipe: Mix all ingredients together, but add the chocolate chips last. After placing the mix in a baking bowl, you can top it with any toppings you prefer. Bake for 25-30 minutes on 180 degrees and make sure to pre-heat your oven before hand.
