For the second year in a row, Aya Samaha acts in two shows, making her one of the most talked-about actresses on social media.
Who’s Aya Samaha
Aya Samaha, an Egyptian-Lebanese actress, and model, is one of the industry’s emerging stars this year. This Ramadan season she co-stars in the comedy series El Sofara as Shereen alongside Ahmed Amin and Taha el Dosky, and though there have only been two episodes aired, many fans seem to be loving Shereen. She also stars in Kamel El 3adad with Dina El sherbiny
Aya was born in Egypt to a Lebanese father, on March 31st. She has 2 siblings; her sister Menna is also an actress known for her role in 100 wesh. Aya graduated from the higher institution of theater and arts.she held other professions prior to her career in acting. When she was just 11 years old, she worked in advertising and briefly for a travel agency when she was older.
Aya’s career began in 2016, with a little part in the adaptation of the book Hepta. Later that year, she earned her first big role as Doha in the television series Grand Hotel.
Throughout the next few years, she starred in various shows including haza al masa2 (2017), Kaeno Embar7 (2019) Khareg el saytara (2021), and last year Rageen ya hawa with Khaled el Nabawy and rania w sakina.
Aya has previously acted with both Ahmed Amin and Dina el Sherbiny; she worked with Ahmed on the Netflix original series Paranormal, which made its debut in 2020, playing the role of Huawdia, a traditional Egyptian woman who was loved by all.She and Dina co-starred in the television show Grand Hotel, which brought them both huge recognition from the fans and the media.
