SELF CARE SATURDAYS: PANCAKE RECIPE

Who doesn’t love pancakes??!! Here’s a healthy pancake recipe for you people who are looking to stay healthy and fit. 

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup almond milk 

2 eggs 

1 banana 

2 table spoons maple syrup 

1 1/2 cup rolled oats 

2 tsp baking powder 

1/4-1/2 tsp salt 

1 tsp vanilla extract (to get rid of the egg taste) 

Blend all together and fry with butter on a pan like normal pancakes. 

Top with berries, chocolate, or whatever you would like and enjoy!
