Katara Studios, which is a modern studio from Doha, Qatar, has impressed critics and the public with its audio-visual brilliance. They have won the OUTSTANDING EVENT PRODUCTION OF THE YEAR” Award at the TPiMEA Awards 2024. The project that stood out because of its engaging storytelling, striking visuals, and ability to captivate audiences was The Lost Chapter of Kelileh and Demneh. It was an incredible sight to see for audiences at the Lusial Stadium.
The TpiMEA awards are a highly prestigious event held every year, celebrating and acknowledging talent and creativity within the MENA region. They recognise outstanding live event shows from the industry, and on the 2nd of May 2024, the event took place at Hard Rock Café in Dubai. This was a night where talented industry professionals from all over the region gathered to commemorate the exceptional work that has happened within the past 12 months.
Katara Studio had a team of skilled and creative people behind the scenes, working to deliver something new with phenomenal storytelling, which kept the audiences engaged. It was a team effort, which left a positive impression even after the end.
The show The Lost Chapter of Kelileh and Demneh was a short musical that premiered at the Asian Cup, leaving the audience amazed by the vibrant colours, good sound production, and captivating setup. This musical featured global talent and various performers delivering high-class entertainment to the audience. The entire musical is available on Spotify and other streaming platforms.
