Eforea Spa at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is now offering new fitness classes and personal training sessions for both visitors and residents. The gym, located on level 2 of the hotel, is filled with natural light and offers stunning views of Dubai Marina.
Classes and Personal Training
Guests can use the gym’s excellent cardio and strength machines, and now they can also work with a personal trainer, Inês Rodrigues. The new fitness classes include Mat Pilates, HIIT, circuit training, and more. Inês will lead both group and individual sessions, tailored to each person’s needs.

Group classes start at AED 50 for hotel guests and AED 85 for non-guests. Personal training sessions start at AED 150, with packages available for AED 500 for four sessions. After workouts, guests can enjoy the spa’s facilities, like the steam room, sauna, and hydro pool. It’s a perfect way to relax and recharge while enjoying the views of Marina and JBR Skyline.

Eforea Spa at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is launching new spa day packages this month. These packages include wellness experiences, facials, and sound healing sessions designed to help guests relax and rejuvenate.
Package Options
- Standard Wellness Day Package – AED 495 per person. Includes a 60-minute full-body massage, pool and beach access, and AED 100 credit for food and drinks.
- Bespoke Wellness Package – AED 545 per person on weekdays, AED 645 on weekends. Includes a 60-minute massage, pool and beach access, and a three-course meal with a drink. This package is customized based on a questionnaire filled out by the guest.
- Ladies’ Wellness Packages – Available three days a week:
- Monday Fit Package – AED 399 per person. Includes a 60-minute personalized therapy or sound healing session.
- Wednesday Detox Package – AED 499 per person. Features a 60-minute facial for glowing skin.
- Friday Rejuvenate Package – AED 550 per person. Includes a 60-minute Hammam session or any massage, plus a 30-minute body massage.
