My favorite go-to breakfast

I’m the kind of person who never feels like eating anything in the morning. Eating directly after getting out of bed is an absolute nightmare. That’s why i like to prepare something to eat overnight that’s super light and delicious. Which is… chia seed pudding! 

I mix 4 table spoons of chia seeds in 1 and 1/2 cups of any plant based milk and mix them till the chia seeds sort of starts to float in the milk. I also add a tsp of maple syrup, and a drop of vanilla extract to give it that sweet taste. I leave it in the fridge overnight and top it with some fresh berries and im good to go🥰

The reason why i force myself to eat in the morning is because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s the meal that keeps you active and motivated till you fall asleep. This chia seed breakfast is also filled with protien which is a bonus!
