10 healthy snacks for stress eaters

Stress eaters, where you at??

I’m a stress eater myself, so I like to snack on healthy things to focus, I’ll be sharing 10 healthy snacks with you.

  1. Dark chocolate squares
  2. Green apples with peanut butter
  3. Veggie sticks (cucumber, carrot, celery, cherry tomatoes, steamed asparagus…)
  4. A plate of fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, tangerines, oranges, grapes, banana…)
  5. Nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts…)
  6. Avocado smoothie (1 avocado and half a cup of the milk of your choice)
  7. Banana milk (one banana, splash of vanilla extract and ¼ cup of your choice of milk)
  8. Banana and berries smoothie(half a banana, one cup of berries and ½ cup of the milk of your choice)
  9. Banana and dates smoothie (one banana, three dates, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch nutmeg, you can add some whey protein)
  10. Yogurt bowl (granola, yogurt of your choice, dates, nuts, honey and chia seeds)
