Stress eaters, where you at??
I’m a stress eater myself, so I like to snack on healthy things to focus, I’ll be sharing 10 healthy snacks with you.
- Dark chocolate squares
- Green apples with peanut butter
- Veggie sticks (cucumber, carrot, celery, cherry tomatoes, steamed asparagus…)
- A plate of fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, tangerines, oranges, grapes, banana…)
- Nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts…)
- Avocado smoothie (1 avocado and half a cup of the milk of your choice)
- Banana milk (one banana, splash of vanilla extract and ¼ cup of your choice of milk)
- Banana and berries smoothie(half a banana, one cup of berries and ½ cup of the milk of your choice)
- Banana and dates smoothie (one banana, three dates, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch nutmeg, you can add some whey protein)
- Yogurt bowl (granola, yogurt of your choice, dates, nuts, honey and chia seeds)
